You can transfer to another size apartment, or another Berger community, and restart your lease at any point in your residency without paying a transfer fee.

Yes, you have the option to pay a one-time fee as low as $299 in place of a security deposit if approved.

What happens if I have an urgent service request outside of office hours?
Chestnut Street Lofts offers 24/7 phone support and 24-hour emergency maintenance. You will always have someone available to take your call for service requests to your apartment.
